General

You may be hesitating over a person or process you ought to trust. You feel stuck on something where you need to move forward. A mismatched partnership may be holding you back — noticing the imbalance is the first step.

Love

Trust may have been shaken; there is a sense that one of you is restricting the other or intruding on their independence. The lines of communication are blocked — clearing them will get the relationship moving again.

Disagreements may arise in a business partnership, and even the end of a contract may come up. A project you are working on may come to a halt. See the delay not as a disaster but as a chance to reassess.
